Stephen is an agribusiness strategist and institutional designer. He is currently the Value Chain and Business Development Expert leading the Development Partnership with the Private Sector (DPP Fund) under GPSCPII.

He leadership spans major donor funder initiatives where he has shaped national training programs for banks in agribusiness finance, supported over 50,000 smallholder farmers through climate-smart interventions, and strengthened 80+ agribusiness SMEs.

His leadership spans major donor-funded initiatives—including USAID, World Bank, IFAD, GIZ, and SECO—where he has managed multimillion-dollar grant schemes and built inclusive market linkages.

As a founding member of the Ghana Commodities Exchange and co-architect of GIRSAL, Stephen has driven innovation in commodity trading, agrifinance, and value chain integration across Ghana.

Afua is an impact-driven sustainability practitioner with over a decade’s experience working in government and leading international consultancy. She holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Policy and Management and has gained a wealth of experience across facilitating multi-stakeholder initiatives, policy development, organisational development, strategy implementation and gender mainstreaming.

She has designed and delivered intervention strategies that address the regulatory, commercial, sustainability and inclusion constraints in the agricultural sector. In her role as a Policy and Organizational Development Expert, she leads the activities of GPSCPII for improving the enabling environment through effective TCDA and aligned associated policies and initiatives.

She has worked with Proforest since 2015 as Principal Project Manager based in its Africa Regional Office in Ghana.

Chrisveen is an international development expert with a decade of experience driving major donor-funded initiatives —including USAID, GIZ, and SECO as well as government programs. She holds a Master’s degree in Development Management and her expertise spans project and development management, monitoring and evaluation, stakeholder engagement, and agribusiness development.

In her current role as MEL, Communications & Stakeholder Management Advisor for GPSCPII, she leads the design, implementation, and administration of the Program’s Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) system, ensuring effective tracking of results across outcome areas. She also oversees communications and stakeholder engagement, fostering strong partnerships, collaboration, and public visibility.

As the Program’s gender focal person, Chrisveen champions gender mainstreaming across activities, ensuring inclusivity and equity are integrated into project outcomes.

Agatha is an astute finance and program management professional with over 20years cumulative experience in finance, grants, audit and program management with organisations such as SIF(GPRS), UK Aid, USAID and currently SECO.

In her role as Finance & Grants Officer, she manages in close collaboration with the respective technical advisor the grant funds as well as other program funds. She leads on program contract management and supervises the day-to-day financial operations within GPSCPII.

Agatha is a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accounts (ACCA). She holds a post graduate diploma in Economic Policy from the University of London and a Degree in Accounting and Finance.

Gloria is a Finance and Administration Specialist with a strong background in Business Administration and hands-on experience in international development work.

She has expertise in financial management, office administration, and project support with a solid track record in managing budgets, coordinating administrative processes, and ensuring compliance with organizational and donor requirements.

Gloria is passionate about creating efficient systems that strengthen accountability and enhance overall project delivery.
